rubbish, impeller stall isn't good. if you're fussed about not wanting the noise then fit a recirculating one. turbo'd engines (especially tuned ones) need dump valves.

or leave the waiste gate noise

a wastegate doesn't make a noise, what you can hear is the inlet charage surging backwards through the induction system and being chopped up by the impeller - whilst doing that it's trying to fire the impeller out of the compressor housing.

If you're running over 14psi, you NEED a DV. otherwise you'll be prematurely wearing your turbo.

No, just some hose to attach the vaccum sensor to the top of the DV. This one matches your engine bay!
