Hi All, Could anyone please help, I have just bought a 1995 L/H/D Ducato Motorhome it has a Fiat engine 1997cc turbo deisel. Head gasket was blown, I have refurbished Head but can't find valve clearence settings any where, bought eLearn disc but no help could you also tell me if the head bolt torgue settings are the same in all the 1.9td's. Thank you.

The 95 1.9TD - engine code -230A3.000, 1929 cc.
Valve Clearance Inlet -0.30mm +/-0.05mm cold
Valve Clearance Exhaust -0.35mm +/-0.05mm cold
Not sure about the engine size 1997cc? there only seems to be 1929cc or 1905cc listed for that period (94-02).
There appears to be a few different 1.9TDs in that period (94-02) depending on the year model, some with similar settings others with different engine codes each year & different settings.
The above engine code is for the 95 1.9TD, Check as to whether yours matches.

Hi, Thank you for your quick response, having checked the engine code it is a 1929cc the V5 says 1997cc so will have to get that changed. Once again thank you. :worship:
