Technical Cylinder head part number/cast code

Can someone please confirm that all sensor type cylinder heads will interchange regardless of, what I believe to be the cast code? My cylinder head has 55192459, and since I cannot look it up in eper, I can only conclude it is a cast code. Strangely more often found on the Panda than the MK2B..?

If a sensorless and sensored cylinder heads interchange?

Yes
As long as u get the matching cambelt covers and possibly need to swap cam pulley
