cutting out (intermittant)

hello all,I have a fiat brava 1600 Lx year 2000,I hope someone can give me a bit of advice? I am not that technically minded but here goes,most of the time the car runs great ,it starts first time and runs fine, anyway occcasionally what happens is when I start up it feels like it has no power to get going and I have to rev the engine to give it the power it needs to get going ,then when I come to a junction or traffic lights andI have to stop it sometimes cuts out or needs to be kept revving to make sure it dosnt cut out, I have put a new set of plugs in and used redex in the petrol as prescibed by a car shop,please help as I am stuck and dont want the huge bills a garage will give me ,thanks in anticipation,..as I said most the time its no problem ,just now and then but very annoying,,thanks wayne

I have the same problem mate, im currently changeing out parts that could cause the issue and doing a full diagnostic at the same time, i'll let you know what i find, and how you can fix it.
