crunching noise when shifting gears

When revving upto 6000rpm in 1st gear then shifting to 2nd gear I get a crunching noise... it goes in and drives ok but it makes that noise. I clutch all the way. It happened twice.. anyone experience this? Is this an upcoming problem for me?

I'd personally say that 6000rpm is a tad on the extreamly harsh side though

My car is a fiat Bravo 08 150 tjet 1.4 ltr

This is odd; if the car was older I would suggest that 2nd gear syncromesh sounds like it is on its way out. Do you get anything simillar changing from 3rd to 2nd?
