Technical Creaking sound with weight in the back and a twang noise at revs

My car is making a nasty creak pulling away and good over potholes, it's worse when there is someone else in the car. Sounds almost suspension related and is creak when pulling away but a bump-ting sound if I hit a pothole.

Another noise she seems to be making is a almost twang noise when revving up in first and changing into second. It lasts a second or two. Not sure what either sounds are.

Seriously though, at back, springs compress, shocks shorten, rear beam pivots up.

Suspension bushes seem to be a common culprit.

I've been driving it a while like that. Will it be ok? On the landie it wasn't an issue as the shackles still held it all together.

I think creaking is fairly common, mine has creaked at t.he back for years....
