I think that is the Vin Number, often on the same plate is the Engine Series number. The cc may help also
Some had the Fiat engine and others the XUD Peugeot type engine.
Could it be a 280 A1000 (1929cc), which will be the Fiat version, unfortunately if so there were more of the Peugeot XUD derivatives (1905cc)around as Citroen used that engine also.

1929 cc. Thats right. :( is there any that could be adapted? As it is almost impossible.to find

Not to my knowledge, short of buying a rusted van with good engine, all I could find was a non turbo version engine non runner in Italy for silly money on eBay.
Sounds bad this, maybe someone can build one that can be used? I don t se any other solution

Your old crankshaft, was it so worn that they couldn't machine it any more to fit new bearing shells?
I once had a car where the machine shop had taken to much metal off (beyond + 60 thousands of an inch) they apologised and where able to obtain some +80 thousands of an inch bearing shells from a specialist supplier, so I was able to rebuild the engine and it ran fine.

Hello, my problem is that i lost it on the road and i do not have a reference. So the only solution i have now is to built one but for the measures it will be very dificult. So, would be great if i could get the measures. Very dificult this

If what you are referring to is the engine crankshaft with the con rods and pistons connected to it, then I would say impossible.
I would look towards either,(the 1.7 was it's predecessor, (though may be too under powered) version of that Fiat engine or maybe obtaining a engine and gearbox complete from a rusted vehicle with a good mechanical parts, but you would need all the mountings and accessories.
It does sound like a lot of work and expense.:(
I have seen rusted campers in running order at auctions in the past for only a small amount of money.

That is a totally different thing.
Not saying any of these will fit , but if you do a search on eBay using "fiat 1.9 crankshaft pulley" quite a lot come up although most appear multi groove belt and for the 1910cc.
I did find this in a listing which may be relevant on eBay :-eBay item number:236028338533
Though it is again a multigroove belt pulley, I can't recall what yours is, you would need to check the other pulleys on the engine.
