General Couple of odd rattles..

The car goes in for its 12 month service soon, so I am sure these will be sorted but I wondered if anyone else is getting these.

i) A noisy belt from the alternator (I think - back left hand side of the engine as you stand in front of the car (straight in front of the driver)). It doesn't screech, more "buzzes" for the first 10 minutes of so of each drive, getting loader as the revs rise. Stops altogether after a few minutes though.

ii) A rattle / buzz which seems to be in the passenger side roof / A pillar covering. Just at certain revs, a vibration thing (as if something is loose in there).

Nothing too troublesome, they aren't too loud - just curious really...

Try giving the A pillar trim and the quarter panel under it a good thump. They're fitted with pop-on clips mostly.

Don't do that on the headlining as it's easy to damage and there's an airbag lurking up there somewhere.
