Technical coupe key code flashing

Hi all, whats the relevance of the flashing key-code. Seems to flash on/off in equal timing, also flashes twice on/off, then a short break then repeated.
Suspect its worng key and no key.

Panic over, the immo had lost the red key code and screwed everything up. Sorted now.
