You can buy a box of assorted core plugs on eBay :-eBay item number:201159025436
I still have an old box of the dished ones , but yours are the more cupped type I recall.
You need to get a vernier gauge to accurately measure the hole first.
If not caused by frost why would it blow out, not rusted ?
Probably the same as the later 2.8 Sofim engine, so Iveco, Citroen, Fiat or Peugeot Dealer may help at a cost.
