General Cooling fan

Hi there everyone,

I had a new thermostat fitted on my 1.2 Lounge 2016 a couple of months ago. Since then on the very rare occasion after a drive the cooling fan stays on after I turn the engine off. The garage who fitted the thermostat has checked my car and cannot find a fault. I have not noticed the cooling fan before since owning my car for 4 years. The temp gauge stays halfway as it should and coolant level is OK.

It has just happened now after going about 7 miles to the supermarket and 7 miles back home.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I wouldn't expect the fan to run after switch off on such a short journey?
I would expect the fan to run often if the ac is on, but again not after switching off.
