Hi there, newbie here, looking for a little help with my daughters 03 plate Punto Active 8V please. We have a new coolant sensor to fit but can't find exactly where it is in the engine bay. I've looked on YouTube & Google but the photos and videos don't really help. Is it behind the block ? Does anyone have a picture or video from a wider view closing to a close view please ? I am very confused.:bang:

2 types of sensor
Screw into housing and pressed in
So make sure you know which you have
If you stand with engine bay infront of you
Where the coil packs are its between that and the inlet manifold
Under a bit of plastic
Failing that - follow the 2 hoses from the firewall
1 will go over the gearbox
The other - the goes to the back of the cylinder head - iirc the hose with the bleed valve is the flow from the head which the sensor / sensor housing clamped to
