Technical Control arm Panda mk3 4x4

Hi, I hope someone can help, I need to change both control arms, I have jacked it up but it looks like it's impossible to undoe the bolt that holds the horizontal Bush, the vertical one is fine and the one with the ball joint is OK, but I can't see how I get a socket on the other.
