Technical Consumables Spares at Last

There has always been a problem with Croma OEM spares at the Dealers. For those of you who may go to a Fiat independent garage for your 05 / 55 and soon to be 06 plate car. If you buy the parts for somebody else to fit that is. Read on....

I today went to be local motor factors to get a pollen filter for the missus Stilo, and have found spares for the Croma is changing in 2009, that Fram filters Ltd & Mahl plc are making OEM spec Air Filters ( £7 ), Pollen Filters ( £12 ), Fuel Filters ( Complete )(£22) and Oil Filter Elements ( £6 ) for all petrol and diesel Croma's inc the 2.4 Mjet.

Additionally Lucas are now making Brake Pads for the Front ( Set costs £35 per set for 16V & 2.4 Mjets, others £29 a set ) and for the Rear ( £26 per set ). Lucas are also making the discs as well for all models of the Croma, excluding the 1.8 MPi version.

Quintin Hazell are also making front suspension arms inc bushes ( £49 each ) and rear trailing arms including the rose bushes. ( Did not get price for these ) Drop Links as well ( £16 a pair )

Just wished my Motor Factors sold Selenia WR though!!

Just visited my local Wilco Motor Spares and picked up a pollen filter (paper) for £7.58 incl VAT. It was made by WIX p/n WP9034 and if the packaging is to be believed WIX Filters are the "#1 filter in NASCAR"!
