Console lights blinking and car wont start

The car was fine until today i turn the key on and the console lights blinks and the fuel level act like crazy.
There is also a repetitive sound from the fusible box in the front of the passeger sit. The car won't start and the time resets to 00:00 and also the partial km is at 0 now.
The car came from garage less than a week clutch replace.

Can anyone help?

My first check would be that a battery terminal hasnt come loose.

Do all the lights go out as you turn the key? Mine did exactly the same when the battery was knackered.

All lights turn off when i turn the key.

Fit new Varta battery
