even if you did do the second option how would you get hold of the documents when they send them to you?
Some insurers e-mail all the documents, don't they?

Is it stupid of me to advise selling this car (probably at least a group 10 on insurance) and getting something older and cheaper on the insurance scale.
You could probably sell the GP, by a group1 insurance 2004 Panda and insure if for a year with what you get for the GP.
Perhaps it's just me but alot of youngsters seem to be having to powerful and newish cars as their first, and they wonder why insurance costs the earth.

do a test quote on a 1.2 8v punto or a 1.0 panda or cinq or something and see what you get
Huh?cinq and panda are about £500 less. So definitely not an option.
EDIT: just tried IKUBE... thought they will be cheaper, apparently they can't even beat £3200
Huh?
Just a little!!!I think Vance is confused as to why it's a bad thing that Cinq's/Panda's are cheaper.
Just a little!!!
I'd have a cinq or panda over a gp if it was going to save me that much on insurance.
+1
and it will save on servicing and parts etc
and cheaper road tax
But it won't make his ***** look bigger!
The car that this thread is about is 2006 Grande Punto Active Sport 1.4 - Insurance Group 3.
