Styling Colour scheme!

Hey i got a red uno and im trying to go with the red and black theme inside the car, so i got red and black seats, steering wheel, sub, amp, gear stick. Okay well anyways the only thing that bothers me is those door panels! U no the ones inside on the front and back?? Okay well is there a way i can change those without buying new ones? They feel very "plastic" so im guessing maybe i could dye them or spraypaint them? And how do i remove the needles from the speedo so i can paint them?

personally (i know others would) i wouldnt touch the speedo needle (i have had some bad experiences )

and perhaps wrapping some material/fabric over the door card tightly and stapling in hidden places / glue on the back of?

I'd avoid painting interior trim - i have seen some pretty tacky looking motors that have painted interior!
