Guessing you have a MK1 punto, wouldnt suggest it but if you must then you can take the badges off to paint them then put them back but you will need some glue.
the MK1 bonnet badge has a bolt in the back so it just comes right off, and re-attaches similarly... but can't help with the others. (see above comment for that one)
