General Colour Code White wheels

Hi everyone
I wonder if anyone can help?
I've seen a lot of early cars with off white or pure white wheels.

I'm not refering to the white wall tyres but the wheels themselves.
can anyone tell me the correct colour code?

I have a suspicion that the colour was grey B. I had them on a '57 car upgraded to Sport spec (499cc & 21bhp !)
