Styling Color Code 199? Were can I get it?

So, Halfords said they don't stock it, for my Mk2 punto, it's a red and the color code is 199. Apparantly it's lead based so they can't stock it?
Is there anywere online I can buy what I need? Or will I have to go to a bodyshop?

I want some touch up sticks and some spray paint in a can to colorcode the wing mirrors and door handles,
It's a 51 plate ''Go''

Since my last punto was written off I am trying to get this looking Ok.

halford do a colour match paint you got to ask them to mix it for you
if i guess you spoke to someone that dident want to do it or dident know how find your local paint supplyer to the trade they usually mix up and put
it in to rattle cans

Haha. I used to have a mk1 punto in this colour. I have a touch up pot and a can of spray paint left over from when I sold the car a few months back. Touch up pot is pretty much full and I think the spray is equally as full but I can check for you if you would like to buy them?

Oops, I forgot to mention the reason halfords can't stock it is because some of the components are for the paint are lead based.

How much?

The can cost me £12 delivered and the touch up pot cost £8 delivered so i'll come up with a price once I check how much is in the can.
