Coil spring needed

Hi everyone.I’m new to the forum .
Has my Abarth 595 Turismo for 8 years now .
I absolutely love it.
I’m having a problem sourcing a rear offside coil spring. Main agent says none in stock from Italy .
Can anyone give me some advice please .
I live on the Wirral north west . Lynn
