I have a 1997 1.8 Bravo, my engine was missing so I took it to the garage, they testes the Coil Packs and told me that my number 3 Coil Pack was not working, So I got one and fitted it, it seems to have made no difference.

Please see the photo of my engine and see it I have numbered them correctly.

Also how you you test them??:bang::bang::bang::bang::bang:

Yeah I did the spark plugs, do I measure the coil pack in the pic above as it is not plugged into the car, anyother way to test it? I don't have a volt meter

Is it possible to change the leads that go to the coils?

If so how and where do they goto?

Coil pack 3 replaced and still nothin.....

OR could it be the injector, the light is not on the dash saying they have a problem..

Did they point to No 3 or just tell you? if they just told you I may be inclined to put the one you have in your hand into No2 on your image.
Just in case they have counted the wrong way, if you know what i mean!
If it is the right one and is still duff, try tracing the cable on No3 to the next conection just to make sure it is fine there no loose wires or corrosion going on, perhaps you should try a sparkplug in each coil and hold against the cars head (careful for the shock) whilst turnng the engine over to see if you can see which one is not sparking.
