Code needed, think i have a missing label ??

Hi, I had to change my battery today on my 2005 fiat multipla jtd and the code as gone on the radio, the only label that is on it states these numbers
bp-nr
7 643 331 316
fiat-nr
735 391 102
also not sure how to actualy enter the code
