Thought I'd put this out there for information. My 2011 1.3 JTD's clutch went up in smoke last week at 113,000 miles. It turns out this model has a solid flywheel which means Mr Clutch were able to drop a new one in for £664.A very good bill for these days - as we all know the DM flywheels are hideously expensive and can double the bill.I thought most things had dual-mass these days so was preparing to have to scrap it but no, she lives on! If you have a Qubo about this age you may be lucky like me!

Model
Qubo

My 2011 My Life also has a solid flywheel and I am hoping that my 2017 Trekking has one as clutch is due to be changed on Tuesda

Yes there are some 1.3 JTDm (Punto, Mito, Doblo etc) with SMF.

I had a 2003 Corsa with the multijet 1 and that did have a dual mass when it went. It's odd but lucky that a later generation of the same engine didn't.I wonder if Vauxhall altered some specs or if passenger cars are designed to have more performance and a smoother drive..that's the thought that occured to me.The Qubo is a great reliable car and I love mine but nobody would call it refined!

Just changed clutch on my 2017 Qubo Trekking 95 and guess what? ..........It's got a solid flywheel, happy days.
