Technical Clutch Is Really Tight

hi first of my clutch wasn't taking the car out of gear properly so my gears were hard to change now the plastic bit of the linkage which is used to attach the clutch pedal linkage to the clutch cable has snapped i think everything is ceased its as if the cluch is really tight any ideas on how to fix it and how hard a job it is

Sounds like you need a new clutch.

Technically it's not difficult, but it is a pretty awkward job without the right equipment.

Guide here. Pretty much the same for the 889, too.

Yup, new clutch time. The other problems are effects of a worn clutch.
