Yes they are hydraulic, so no cable to adjust im afraid...the clutch is probably just worn.

Clutch adjustment
My 1.4 has a cable clutch, not all are hydraulic. There is an adjuster nut on the transmission end of the cable.
My Haynes manual seems to insinuate any engine size can have a cable or hydraulic operated clutch. But it may be wrong, I'm sure my car is cable though.
