I'm really stuck and need sage advice !

I have a Fiat Doblo 2014 1.3 got it with clutch bite on the floor but smooth.
Had the clutch replaced with no change.
Had both master and slave cylinders replaced and fresh fluids no change.

Delivery van had to put it on the road !

Put it in another garage and they replaced the clutch again I did say it was new.
Picked it up today and the bite still on the floor, I gave it back for further investigation under warranty I hope.

My question, is there a clutch part that can be easily left out, washer, bushing etc?
Is there a quality exploded diagram of a relevant clutch available I assume I need a gearbox number for that.

I believe the 2 garages involved are good so suspect something weird?

I'm done ! Any help very appreciated 🤪

You'll have to navigate deeper to get to your particular clutch

Where was the bite point before you started any of this ?
Thanks looks helpful
The bite was 20mm off the floor Matt removed just about working fine.
Now 15mm and gears just about binding.
I'm wondering if it has the correct gearbox at all need to check numbers but think any year should work really long shot.
Thanks 👍
