Noticed a loud clicking sound from under the plastic panel covering the wiper arms just in front of the windscreen. The clicking starts as soon as the ignition is turned on with no engine running or any switches on. Any ideas, as had no chance yet to get in there?

Hi,

Mine was doing this on the back. It was really annoying, I could even hear it through the loud music. Everytime I open the boot lid though I couldn't here it.
It did it for about two hours of driving, then I put my heated rear screen on, the noise stop and didn't come back.

Very strange, I didn't know what caused it, may have been some sort of connection loose.

Sticking relay

You need to turn the windscreen wipers on and off to reset the position of the arms. Its a sticking relay.

clicking from wiper panel

Took the plastic panel off and the clicking sound went. Did work the wipers in the meantime. It does sound like a relay, but is there one in there for the wipers. Anyway sound gone, so lets leave well alone.
Thanks for the replies

Re: clicking from wiper panel

I had this for the whole time i had my Brava, it was a pain in the arse and i still never got round to fixing it before i got rid of her but it was a relay problem and i did change it but it didn't fix the problem...just turn your music up
