Clicking noise from under bonnet!!!!!!!

Can anyone please help!

When I accelerate there is a clicking noise from under the bonnet, more so when I am in lower gears. Could this be the timing belt that needs changing.

After how many miles should the belt be changed, I have a Bravo 2.0 HGT.

Fiat originally said every 72k miles.

But you are much better and safer sticking to 60k miles or 5 years (whatever comes first).

HGT cambelt change is an expensive job tho (requires engine to be taken out)
