I think Midland FIAT have done one or two. You need the Punto gearbox, fabricated engine mounts, GOK what else.
The result probably will understeer like a pig after a night out on the ale.
I'd advise forgetting it and fitting a 1.4 16v engine out of a Stilo or such. This is pretty close to a "drop in" swap, with only the induction, exhaust and ECU to sort out. There are two out there running on Megasquirt, 2 running on Emerald.
