Were to start off
at the start of the cars life it was a 899cc then when my brother and his mate got hold of it it started going thought a few changes
first change 1242 cc engine out of a punto then some more cosmetic mods started comeing along like 60mm lowring kit on gmax spings and dampers , matt had some 15" multipoke alloys on , and he fitted reclining bucket seats in to it , Uno turbo rear disk conversion
Matt fitted cinquecento Abrath Rear spoiler
Cinq sporting rear liight ( no pictured)
This is what it looked like ( bucket seats not in pics)
back in 12/10/07 Matthew gave me this car , as he could not affored to run the turbo and this one on the road at the same time + it gave me a car to learn in so the 15" alloys came off and l plates stuck in
and it looked like this
got the test past and then the modifications started comeing a bit faster , our friend was scrapping a sei abrath so we took that off him and thats where i got my sei abrath seats from
and i bought some wid deflectoers
14" alloys form the abrath
the wheels needed a bit of a refurb so Matt gave it a go at refurbing them
then me and matt bought a set of gauges off ebay to keep a eye on the oil temp and oil pressure
now the Center console is not wrapped in tape like it is in the pics .
then we put the abrath seats in the frount,
I bought a Bmc Cda off Brooky ( ff and cc) and it came with some sillicone hose and a Shiny bob
We also made a carbon map sensor cover and bracket and my dad made a pully cover
i Bought some larger disks and calipers im sure the calipers came off the merea 100
had a dyno run on the car on the 30-9-09 and the car produced are 83.45 hp and 94.55ft-lb of torque
the mods under the bonnet are .
Mcrich chip
Punto 75 cam
BMC CDA
40 mm Tricker tb
Uno inlet manifold
4-2-1 s/s manifold
While driving round my exsaust started to sound REALY loud so when i got home , the next day we investgated to find...
So with matts turbo being off the road and that haveing a perfect janspeed on so start of the morn it looked like this ...
end of the day , RIGHT before going to a car show that night it looked like this .
Fitted Cinq sporting Head Lights
then i had a offer of a window tiner to tint my windows for £60 so i thoought id buy the tint and give it a go our selfs , in top gear style it was "how hard can it be" ?
