Just thought i'd give you guys a insight to how much costs to insure a turb cinq

2 years no claims, 2 non fault accidents, all mods declared...

Renewal price with HIC/Chaucher £755 :cool:

Will be updating as i get quotes... from co's at back of max power :D

Will try direct line in bit dave, not sure if they'll do turbo cinq though...

Premium choice... 10 mins on the phone to be told she didnt know what a turbo does, and then i said makes it go quicker, so she went to check, and no go :cry:

My Cinq costs the grand total of one pound more than my integrale;

integrale 260bhp 280lbs.ft torque group 18 few mods all declared like different wheels exhaust chip etc agreed insurance value of £12K, track day cover, limited to 3K a year £289 through Classic Line, car garaged.

Cinq 120ish bhp 130ish lbs.ft torque group 3 insurance agreed value of £2.5K 10K a year £290 through HIC all mods declared, car parked in drive.

On both policies (your NCD only applies to one policy at a time you have to build up no claims on separate policies to cover more than one car) have 9+ years no claims and no points and no claims, and of course they are fully comp.

Adrian Flux: £943, no way could beat the £755 quote :(
WTF? I got quoted 325£ for a 1242cc Sei' & 560£ for a 1242cc turbo Sei'. That's one no-fault claim (it was the pigeons fault for flying out the hedge), 3 years NCB drive parked & my partner as a named driver.

26 going on 27 here.. I noticed that there was a nice price drop going the old side of 25 (or was it 24?). My partner on the insurance makes a downwards difference, she is a few years older than I.
