Right, i have a little bit of a dilema. not the most taxing or urgent of dilemas but still, its a dilema to me and i need some help :D

As im sure some of you know, ive sold my Uno Turbo ( ) and im now trying to decide what to buy next :p.

original idea was to get a brava or a bravo, which ive now narrowed down to just a bravo as i dont really need the 4 doors and it will just make it harder for me to find somewhere to park at work.

Then the other night, it struck me that I still want a Cinq  Yes I know, ive had like 50 already but I do still like them. my only problem is that going from and Uno Turbo to a Cinq is going to automaticaly make me hate it because it will feel soooo slow.

Obviously I could mod it up but this would take time and money and I would rather have a quicker car straight out of the box rather than in a years time when ive changed insurance companies to something that accepts performance mods (mine only likes styling mods  ).

So, What do I do? buy a Cinq sporting (1.1 55hp small, easy to park, very fun to drive until you get into 4th and it doesnt go anywhere) or buy a Bravo (1.6 103hp not too big, quicker than a cinq, has a usable 4th and 5th as standard, newer, more comfy, bigger, more room for stuff in the boot, very cool rear lights)?

No biased votes please, just because you own a cinq doesnt make it the best car in the world. Same for you cheeky bravo lot  :p

I'd say the bravo. The way you seem to go through cars if you bought a cinq you'd probably only get rid of it again not too long after buying it :p. So maybe with a bravo (dunno if you've owned one before?) you might like it so much and keep it for a while....

no never had a bravo.. had a tipo which is kinda similar.. just slow and a bit boring :p

its not cinqs that i find boring to make me sell them. just after the blackun ive never found one thats been right :) the silver one was lovely but its all ghosts fault for making me want a turbo :p ;)

live and learn :)

I say get a Bravo. Try and find 1.9JTD. I have lots of fun in mine. It's very quick of the mark, but watch out for the turbo in 1st when you pull away as it's very quick. :slayer:
I've not had a Cinq so i'm biased to the Bravo :D

Lowered Cinqi abarth ;) Just not in yellow :p

Will be much cheaper to run and insure which means you got more money to spend on it etc, and wait for performance mods till you're a bit older and can afford to comfortably insure them :)

Know what you mean about a crap 5th gear, though 4th still has some oomph :p

And to be honest, anything you're gonna get thats NA is going to be slow compared to the torque effect on the turbo.. So get what you think will be more fun to drive (cinqi :p)

Bravo, mainly because you sound like you dont want a cinq again anyway and gave reasons for not buying one, and just need your initial thoughts of buying a bravo confirmed

Owned both,

1.8 16v HLX had loads of poke, comfortable, all the electrics and heated seats, safer, newer, looks nice, relatively cheap to buy.

The Cinq just brings a smile to your face, it's just raw and pure fun :D

I wish I hadn't of sold my bravo, was a great car with no problems, I personally could justify having 2 cars, I love cento's, but don't get me wrong I'd have another bravo.

I think the difference is like chalk and cheese, 2 cars which suit two totally different catagories.

Get a Bravo...more street cred! :D

Seriously though, when you get bored of the 1.6, there's the 1.8 and 2.0 HGT to move up to for next to nothing. The Bravo isnt without it's problems, but I'm sure you're used to that now after owning so many Fiats.

Go on, you know you want to! (y)
