Technical Cigarette lighter bulb not working

Hello all!
I have a problem with my cigarette lighter light bulb. After changing the bulb it just doesn’t work. As I can see there is no power going through the light connections. Cigarette lighter works fine though. I checked all the fuses under the dash and they are all normal. Also checked the connection directly from the cable and there is no power.
Any ideas?

Are the short beams on?

Even with the short beams on it doesn't work.
Does this relate to the lighter light?
