I know this is a bit random, but its not often you find a good album for back road burning, so i Submit chemical brothers - we are the night, Its in the same sort of vein as prodigy, bassy, driving, dance with enough variation to ward off boredom and Saturate is an immense tune! tho do it again is far too justin timberlake for my taste...

also anyone know what sort of Rms a standard Fiat head unit out of the mk1 ELX generates (its six channel with steering wheel controls)...i've put my 6x9s from my old motor into the new one and they're generating enough bass to make the rear view mirror vibrate...they did that in the old car but that was with a sony 4x50 head unit and D-bass and its easily as loud as that....

who cares, all your speakers should be running off a big fat amp, all the head unit needs is 3 rca preouts at a decent voltage. :slayer:
if you really must know, its a 4 channel running at 4x11wRMS
(4x45 max/peak/pmpo/halfords rating etc.)

stick the standard headunit in the bin, you wont regret it. just sing to yourself until you can get a proper one.

LOL well its the loudest 11 watts i ever heard.....i could get an amp...but i also could get the wing resprayed or the dents taken out the bonnet....or a million and one more worthy things...tbf it goes loud enough without distortion to make me happy (and anyone unfortunate enough to be in the back seat cry)...also no ones gonna nick it.......cos tbf who'd nick a head unit with a tape deck (cd changer is hidden away)
