Technical Check running lights when everything is OK

Hello guys!
I have a Fiat Grande Punto 2009 Natural Power and it turns on a yellow triangle in dashboard and give me a error messg “Check running lights”. All the bulbs as fine but I noticed that when i place the switch in DRL none of lamps turn on but when I place it in night lights both of them turn on. DLR and night liggts. I’ve checked all the fuses, grounds, and also have cleaned the light switch but the problem still there.

Sounds like a bad earth. Check the path to earth for the DRLs, at the light and the nearest grounding point on the chasis in that area for the lights.

When you turn on both lights the DRLs are using the path through the other lights.

Also the connection may look sound on the outside, but corroded enough on the touching surfaces to limit the current flowing to a level, where the ECU senses it.
