Technical Check engine flashing when stopped

Hi, I've searched but can't really find much.

My brother just bought a bravo 1.4 tjet and when he went to pick it up, everything was working fine but today he's gone to drive it and noticed that the check engine light was flashing when he started it. The light went out when he started driving but every time he said that he stops it starts to flash again.

It's a yellow light on the rev count dial.

It's there any reason why this could be happening? Should the car not be driven?

Any advice would be great.

That may well be an emissions warning..
Information from the Lambda sensors

Check the oil and coolant everyday while looking over the engine for split hoses..

It can be a problem with the electric steering.
