looking to change the seats in my stilo from cloth to leather question is how hard are they to change are there any special tools required or is it a straight forward job?

Regarding the front seats it's a straight forward job. You need an 8 mm hex key. 4 bolts on each seat. Using a battery drill is the simplest way. If you don't have access to that, you might need a blumbers grip / wrench or whatever suitable for extra torque on the hex key - as your fingers will most likely loose the battle.

Remember to unclip all electric plugs underneath the seats.

And... check if you have an OCS mat in the passenger seat. If you have, then your new seat must have it aswell. If your existing seat hasn't and the new seat has, it's ok - that will just leave you with an extra plug from the seat.

I have never removed the rear seats, but you won't need to be a rocket engineer to take them out.
