Technical changing rear wheel bearings?

Is this a difficult job? I've been quoted 2 hours by the garage for this (plus the most expensive SKF bearings). Total price is 290 € (for one wheel).

Could I do it myself, I'm reasonably handy? Is there a special tool needed?

Any help appreciated, more questions to follow no doubt.

it maybe a compete hub/flange you need as the image looks like it is held onto stub axle with a large nut,why 2 hrs i am wondering?

Complete hub inculding ABS ring, bearing,about € 90 a pair from AutoDoc but you will need a 36mm socket spanner, don't even need to take the brake shoes off
