That's what I consider to be a "major operation".
You need a set of special tools to block the engine and to properly set the belt tensioner.
The procedure is given in the eLearn manual. I found that not encouraging, so had it carried out by a Fiat dealer. They removed the whole front, the radiator, hoses, water pump, alternator and A/C belts while the van was lifted well of the ground.
Than they found some bolts were seriously corroded. A few could be removed after a repeated spray with WD40, others had to be cut off and drilled out....
The whole affair lasted 3 days and their bill was impressive.
