The bumper will fit yes but if you have the original Evo headlights then these will NOT fit the Grande bumper as they are shaped slightly differently. If you then aquire the Grande headlights, you will then have to swap out your bonnet and possibly wings too to make everything fit. There *might* be some cool looking third party headlights you could get instead that negates this or fork out for custom ones but I am not sure.
