Stilo Central locking problems

Hi have a few issues with my stilo, first started when I changed a brake light, now every time I brake a fault light comes on as their seems to be the brake light and tail light coming on together, but if I put lights on the opposite happens when I brake the fault light goes off. I also now have a problem with my central locking, it all works fine with key fob but when driving along you can here the locks all opening even when I press the lock button on drivers side panel it just pops open, all the doors again and drives you mad going of all the time I've taken fuse out to stop this but this has resulted in no windows help please.
