General Central locking on fiat ducato 2007

Hey iv got one key not a button remote one I lock the van by turning key and some times passenger door does not lock ? Any help please (sliding and back doors are deadlocks fitted) thanks

Watch the button and see if it moves at all lock may need lubri action or wiring split where the door hinges is another culprit.
