General cento fog light problem

I've got my new cento home and am prepareing it for an MOT, and I noticed the fog lights were out.

I thought, easy thats the bulb, but then I noticed that the light on the dash switch for the fog is also out. I checked the fuses and couldnt find the fog fuse and the rest are ok so:
Does the fog fuse piggyback another?
Where would it be?
And I havent had a chance to view the wiring diagram yet, are the bulbs and the switch in series, so if the bulbs have gone the switch wont light up?

Cinquecento sporting, lol, knew I missed something.

It appears the fog could be the least of my worries though.

sounds stupid, but you got your headlights on? cento fog lights will only come on when the headlights are on, thats both the bulb and the little dash indicator

Problem solved, well part of it, the bulbs gone in the dash which confused the issue. Whys it always the simple things!

To be honest I haven't investigated in detail, It appears to be only doing it when cold, I was going to pop the head off anyway as a matter of course, but am mega busy at the moment getting someones race car back on the track.
