Do you mean with the USB down by the gearstick/handbrake? Which would make it a Blue & Me (B&M) unit or even later UConnect? I know that the B&M version requires a module that resides under the driver's seat (RHD) and is a common failure point! Also, it uses steering wheel buttons (although I don't know if this is a requirement to make B&M work).

If you are, effectively converting or "upgrading" to B&M, I'm not sure that's feasible without a reprogramme of the body control module software???

Someone out there will know @UKRMedic performed a head transplant to an after market display - try searching on here for that.
