CD player will lose its memory!

eyy ppl just brought a sony gt2 cd player for my mk2 bravo... and everytime i switch the ignition off the memory just goes?

wondering if you guys will know what it can be?

i have checked the wires both connected cd works perfect but loses memory everytime i switch the ignition off when switched the ignition on its all erased.

Hey, I've posted a very similar problem to yours. Seems like the wires need swapping around (red and orange)... See my post for more details and reply.

yhh i read dat mate... i dont know where the red and orange wires r? sorry im not really good on cars mate! lol

which wires? as there 2 conntectors at the back of the cd player and the arial wire. thanks

Swap Red and orange(sometimes yellow) wires around. The can be found at the rear of the Headunit.
