Okay people, this is not going to win ANY sound off competition, it will however play your CD's

Not looking for the earth for this, make me an offer, you never know!

the unit has a small scratch on the top. that's it, the CD Player is in good working order.

I wouldn't be so mean to the poor thing, it does have a MOSFET amplifier.....

Anything can go loud, but if you can actually hear wot's being played at a loud volume thats the key...

It's all down to THD (The total harmonic distortion). THD of a signal is a measurement of the harmonic distortion present and is defined as the ratio of the sum of the powers of all harmonic components to the power of the fundamental frequency. Lesser THD allows the components in a loudspeaker, amplifier or microphone or other equipment to produce a more accurate reproduction by reducing harmonics added by electronics and audio media. 5Hz-50kHz +0,5/-3dB
THD 0,005% (1kHz, 4R)
