General cd player leads

hi all its been a long time since iv been iv just swoped out my old cd player for new one.
the leads that connect the audio and power have moved back intwo the dash and carnt seem two unlodge them can any one help i can get my hand down but carnt fit them two my unit does any one know or have any idea how two get spert leads two lead two the cd player wires ???? the leads are in the dashbroad white for power and black for audio
