cd changer problem

hello everybody, I have just got a punto hgt and have a problem with the cd multichanger. I need help.
I have no instruction manual and it has just eaten 3 discs, I can't get them out and the display is saying its empty. Can anyone help.

hi mate had the same prob only way i could get them out was using the wifes small fingers to prise them out!! i guess your changer has died. they are not very good replaced it same thing 6 months later.now got kenwood hu wuth portable sat nav(so mutch better imo)

Have the same problem with my CD changer....buying replacement from Ebay for about £80. Will pick up from the guy's house direct as I don't live too far away. I will see if he can get hold of more if you like. Obviously you will have my experience to judge if he is a good person to buy from. If you are intested let me know and I will let you know how well it works. It is sold as Brand New In Box.
