Cd Changer help

I have the sony cdx-t69. It wont eject and i want to know how to take the cartrage out without the power any ideas???

Take aprt the casing and you should be able to find a manual release spring or similar I believe. Used to do this with the old cassette mechanisms back in the day.

i cannot remove the dampners

I don't know about Simon but I have managed to fix mine.

In order, you have to remove...

1, the outer case
2, the dampers (they just push on to the pegs on the inner mechanism deck)
3, the alignment adjustment springs
4, the jack board

This will allow you to remove the mechanism deck from the outer housing.

Flip it on it's back and GENTLY persuade the stuck disk back into the magazine.

on the underside of the mechanism deck there is a lever which is part of the eject mechanism, push it and the magazine should slide out.

Now it back together by doing the reverse of the above points.
